• Use of Software: Using automated betting software or bots

Users will be notified as far in advance as possible before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the original deposited amount will be refunded, though bonuses or funds from suspicious bets may be forfeited.
